Maximum added value for a new customer thanks to the unbureaucratic and unconventional support of Venturetec Rotating Systems
Venturetec Rotating Systems was received with an elbow greeting at our new customer, a renowned medium-sized company. The promising first contact arose via a well-known platform and was caused by a defective component that urgently needed to be repaired or replaced. Mr. Fasel, our Sales Manager, recognized the urgency of the matter, acted very spontaneously and unbureaucratically and traveled together with our development engineer Kashif Khan to get a picture on site. As expected, the defective component could be repaired, provisionally for the time being, and subsequently, supported by on-site measurements, concrete suggestions for improvement could already be addressed together.
The visit was followed by expert advice and agreement on further possible improvements and future Venturetec components with added value and functional stability. The aim is also to support the customer in realizing his goal of an expensive self-constructed prototype system including a rotary transformer solution. Venturetec Rotating Systems now helps the new customer to make extreme cost savings in laser cutting possible through optimally maintenance-minimized technology with reliable data transmission.
