DEVELOPMENT & PROTOTYPING
In addition to the actual slip ring, we are able to supply all other necessary transmission technologies such as optics or rotary media feedthroughs as an integrator from a single source. By providing a prototype, the desired properties can be tested in the real operating environment and optimized if necessary.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & TESTING
To ensure our high quality standards, we operate a large number of modern test benches at our newly built Headquarter in Bavaria. Potential sources of error are quickly localized. For complex tests, we work closely with our renowned regional partner institutes such as Intertek and IABG.
CAPABILITY ENHANCEMENT
It is often desirable not to completely replace proven components, but simply to modernize them with new technologies or upgrade their capabilities. In such cases, we have sufficient in-house experience to master this challenge, also for products from other manufacturers. Existing products from other manufacturers can also be refurbished cost-effectively in this way.

DEFENSE APPLICATION& SERVICES
Air Defense
Radar systems can identify flying objects at a distance of several hundred miles away. They are the backbone of any ground air defense network. A long service life of the installed installed slip rings with minimal maintenance requirements in conjunction with the required noise immunity are essential requirements for this application of slip rings.
Remote controlled weapon
Such systems (RCWS / CROWS) can be installed on the ground or as part of mobile platforms. They enable the operator to detect and engage targets from a distance. The mount can be rotated 360° and often also includes a daylight video camera, a thermal imaging camera and a laser rangefinder.
Turret Systems
The turret is an important part of a ship's self-defense against enemy surface ships, anti-ship missiles and threats from the air or from land. Slip rings ensure the power supply to the actuators and the data line for target acquisition in all positions of the turret.
Reconnaisance
The payload of drones (gimbal) can rotate freely in several axes thanks to the built-in slip rings. Many sensors, such as video and infrared cameras or laser rangefinders, can be used in parallel. Intelligence gathering and reconnaissance is an essential component of all armed forces in order to obtain an up-to-date picture of the battle situation.
Flug Simulator / Trainer
It is becoming increasingly important to familiarize pilots with the effects of spatial disorientation. A motion platform with six degrees of freedom (6-DOF) and an additional yaw axis module represents seven independently controlled axes of motion. The integrated slip ring enables a 360° rotation of the cabin for a realistic simulation.
Communication
Today, satellite-based communication is an integral part of modern command and control systems. When installed in vehicles, ships and aircraft, maximum performance is required with minimum installation space. Thanks to various optimizations, our slip rings can meet all technical requirements while keeping the weight of your overall system as low as possible.
