2009
Venturetec Rotating Systems GmbH acquires KGM in Kaufbeuren.
2014
Berndorf AG / Austria becomes 49% shareholder of Venturetec mechatronics GmbH.
2015
Mr. Stephan Neubauer becomes CEO.
2017
Berndorf AG acquires Venturetec Rotating Systems GmbH, which moves into new facilities in Kaufbeuren.
2018
Successfully obtained ISO 9001 2015 certification.
2020
Move to the brand new location in Kaufbeuren. Renaming of our company to "Venturetec Rotating Systems"
